SDX 100100 DV LC is especially designed for screening oversized baggage and break bulk freight reaching up to 100 x 100 cm in size. In addition, a 200 kg conveyor load supports break bulk cargo screening and the tunnel easily handles out of gauge baggage. The SDX 100100 DV LC is equipped with two generators arranged in a 90° opposition, thus beaming in two directions (dual view). This particular screening mode facilitates reliable inspection of tightly packed objects in one process while shortening inspection times and increasing the effectiveness of the procedure.

The SDX 100100 DV LC can be easily integrated, both, physically into external material handling systems as well as into one intelligent network that allows Central Image Processing.

The new hardware and HiTraX 3 software provide best in class image quality for increased operational eficiency. The modular design is optimized for the use of common parts and ease of manufacture, ensuring easy service and operations.

SDX 100100 DV LC can be further enhanced by Smiths Detection’s iCMORE automated threat detection software for weapons and lithium batteries to increase security.

Due to the low installation height of the SDX 100100 DV LC conveyor belt, the connection of supplementary feed- and/or discharge conveyor systems for heavy freight is simple.

The SDX 100100 DV LC is especially suited to meet the needs and applications of airports, custom facilities, and parcel services.

SDX 100100 DV LC is available in two different versions, with a conveyor speed of 0.2 m/s or 0.5 m/s. The high-speed model delivers high throughput break bulk cargo screening for fast turnaround, high volume air cargo applications.
