Description

The ASTM F792-88 Step Wedge is used to meet the need for testing X-ray baggage scanning systems and was developed to strictly comply with FAA and TSA requirements.

This Standard Step Wedge is made of ASTM No. 1100 aluminum or equivalent and is 10 in. long, consisting of ten 1 inch steps.

The Step Wedge contains 5 copper wires with plastic insulation and are 22, 24, 26, 28, and 30 American Wire Gage (AWG) respectively in diameter.
